Eric, Bill, and Jonathan are in charge of customer service at DiscountACParts - and they've got it down to a science. They took the time to explain the different systems they sell, then had my parts boxed up and on the road that same day! The parts bolted right up, and the lady of the house was more than pleased to have a steady stream of cold air extinguish her hot flashes. Thanks guys!

I had a odd ball AC compressor I needed to find and Chris did a great job on cross referencing the original Part number and locating the correct part. There prices were Great! I would differently recommended Discount AC Parts to anyone!!

I purchased an AC Compressor and Accumulator for my 06 Audi S4 from Discount AC Parts. The order was processed and shipped quickly however. I did unfortunately experience issues (1 fit / 1 failure) with both parts. I was a little frustrated until speaking with one of their sales managers (Eric Powers) about the issues.
