Sorry i found out today thanks to the help of Jonathan and a new tech from Ford quick care, we cam to the conclusion that the noise making problem when the compressor was engaged was the Tensior pulley and after purchasing the new one from autozone and replacing the old one, i found that the noise was completly gone.. Contacted Discount AC Parts to see if they had a hard to find GTO AC Compressor, as GM had informed me it may take a week or more to order one as these are not stocked items... Really??? Sure enough Discount AC had one and at a much better price and shipped it to me for the next day.
