I ordered my part online and was expecting a confirmation email but the email I received was that there was a slight problem with my order. Of course this upset me for a second. But I called the customer service line and after about 5 minutes I got Justin on the line. He looked up my order and explained the issue. He eworked with me and had me off the phone in a few minutes. He was kind, sweet and completely helpful! I haven't had a car in 10 years....so this is a special month for me!!! Discount AC Parts rocks!
