I have talked to Jonny twice in regards to parts for my 1984 Toyota Truck and found him to be very helpful and honest.
Ordered an a/c compressor kit for a 2006 Jeep Liberty. The kit contained the compressor, o-rings/gaskets, compressor oil, drier and orifice tube. Problem is the orifice tube is not something you can physically install. It is sealed in the A/C liquid line. You MUST buy the line. I called to let them know so they could note this and at least tell customers what they would need. Was an extra $50 at a parts store. Received the A/C compressor and other parts I ordered in a timely manner. Everything was as promised. It's been several months now since I installed everything and it is working very well. Their pre-sale consultation was great so I got what I needed.

This is a story of bad turned to good... and it's all thanks to WES in the customer service department.
