Outstanding service in placing my order yesterday. I had some difficulty getting my order placed online, but when I called, I was delighted to have a customer service rep on the line immediately, and he had all my order detail right in front of him, and was able to take my cc over the phone, enter my order (even though it was late in the day Pacific time), ensured he'd enter the order personally for immediate shipment. I just bought an oem a/c compressor plus next day shipping way less expensive than anywhere else online. The speed, accuracy, advice and courtesy of the phone rep Christopher Patton greatly exceeded my expectations. This was my lst transaction with Discount AC Parts and Chris but won't be my last.

I wasn't sure about the parts because they were MUCH cheaper than Acura - less than half. The online purchase was a snap, the part was delivered to my mechanic at Firestone who liked what he saw and told me they would be using Discount AC themselves.
