We had to exchange an air compressor and Noel took excellent care of me. He wrote down all the pertinent notes on our account so I didn't have to repeat myself. He is polite, fast and accurate.

Shipping was fast, ordered over the weekend and recieved the parts on Wednesday. VERY VERY well packed nothing could move in the box. The parts were as described and fit up perfectly.

I would recommend Discount AC Parts. We had a bit of turbulence regarding this order but Jonathon w/ Discount A/C parts made it right and restored my faith in this company.
