Contacted Discount AC Parts to see if they had a hard to find GTO AC Compressor, as GM had informed me it may take a week or more to order one as these are not stocked items... Really??? Sure enough Discount AC had one and at a much better price and shipped it to me for the next day. Great customer service. I ordered a remanufactured AC compressor. The next day they informed me the one I ordered was out of stock. Long story short, they upgraded me to a new aftermarket compressor for the same price. It comes with warranty and they are adamant about me contacting them with any other questions. I ordered my part online and was expecting a confirmation email but the email I received was that there was a slight problem with my order. Of course this upset me for a second. But I called the customer service line and after about 5 minutes I got Justin on the line. He looked up my order and explained the issue. He eworked with me and had me off the phone in a few minutes. He was kind, sweet and completely helpful! I haven't had a car in 10 years....so this is a special month for me!!! Discount AC Parts rocks!
