Outstanding service in placing my order yesterday. I had some difficulty getting my order placed online, but when I called, I was delighted to have a customer service rep on the line immediately, and he had all my order detail right in front of him, and was able to take my cc over the phone, enter my order (even though it was late in the day Pacific time), ensured he'd enter the order personally for immediate shipment.
