"Smooth and efficient" I arrived early for my appointment but was processed quickly. Needed repair of the door to my gas tank and cap and to check the engine and fluids. I got a call later to tell me what issues were found and what would be covered by my warranty. When I arrived to pick it up, everything was explained to me and the car was brought out in minutes, all clean. Thank you.

"Trustworthy service " My customer service rep Jeff was very thorough during check in to make sure any issues I had with the car was brought to his attention. They kindly provided Uber transport and completed the service with a quick turnaround. They recommended I do alignment and obtained my consent before the work. I will always bring my car back here for service.

"Happy Customer " Had a fun and successful experience purchasing my new Jetta. As a former BMV owner, I was more than happy to switch back to VW and find the Jetta to be a finely German engineered car in which the handling and over all performance is completely comparable with BMW. Moreover, the technology features are easy to use and extremely effective!!! The staff at Capistrano VW went out of their way to accommodate and deliver an outstanding deal.

"Everyone was helpful and timely." My daughter took my car in as I recently sprained my ankle. They addressed the issue of my non-working car key and the wheel alignment on R side. All good. Babs, my daughter was impressed with how friendly everyone was.

"Super job by all involved! Car found!" Great team of people at the dealership working together to accomplish finding the perfect color car with all the options that we needed. Buying a car is not always an easy process and Leasing a car can be even more difficult but all involved made this a quick and low stress experience. The team works well together!
