"Excellent" Service was good and on time. The waiting area is well ventilated and free snacks are being served. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

"New Car Prep" The car was perfectly prepped for pick-up the day after we completed the purchase. All work was done on time, they stayed in touch with me and gave me the necessary instructions on using the Apple Play and even helped me set up my I-phone. They were great people to work with during the entire sales and service process.

"10,000 mile service" All was excellent! Alex was very friendly and since there were no loaner cars she called an Uber for me and had a nice lunch until the car was done. Then she called an Uber to pick me up- So nice and accommodating

"Helpful considerate staff, fast service, great facility. " I am always grateful to the service staff at Capistrano Mazda, they work with my busy schedule and are either able to get me in and out in and out quickly if I am staying on site or set me up with a ride to work if I am leaving my vehicle. The staff that great me are welcoming and kind and it is honestly some of the best customer service I have ever received.

"Always excellent and friendly service dept." Prior to making Capistrano Mazda my dealership of choice to take my Mazda to for service I visited a Mazda dealer in Irvine (which is closer to where I live). Let’s just say that they are not nearly as attentive to their clients needs and don’t seem to care about retaining them. When I made my first service appointment at Capistrano Mazda I just happened to get assigned Cyrena as my service advisor and I am so thankful I did. "Best Service Department EVER!" This place has the best customer service ever, I cant believe how well everyone treats me when I arrive and leave. Cyrena and Alex are just amazing to work with, I will never go anywhere else for my Mazda service. The best in the west!

"Quick, Friendly, and Efficient" I believe I was really lucky when I brought my item in for service. I was helped immediately upon entering the service center and my car was immediately taken in for its routine service. All-in-all, I was in and out in thirty five minutes!

"good service" in the 8 am, only need 45 mins, that is only half time than Toyota. I like fast service, shorter waiting, better feeling. good service.
