"Great Service" Took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. While I had it in, I wanted a diagnosis for a rubbing sound I was hearing from the driver's side of the front of the car when turning the steering wheel. They took the time to diagnose the sound, fixed the strut bearing under CPO warranty, and even performed a TSB that I didn't even know about. While this took multiple days, I had the use of a very nice Mazda 3 as a loaner.

"30,000 mile maintenance" Cyrena explained to me additional recommended service and I accepted her recommendations. I waited for service. The waiting room is adjacent to the show room and is clean and comfortable. Starbucks coffee and Tazo teas are available.

"My experience " I was disappointed about the attitude I received when I dropped my just purchased CX-5 off for an update in my Car play. I was told they couldn’t take me and I should come back with an appointment. I was told by my salesperson to just bring it in. I left it all day. I called at 4:30 to get an update.
