"Great Service and Value! Smooth Transaction :) " We found our car online, and once we arrived at the dealership to see it AJ promptly welcomed us with a BIG smile. He was very professional, polite and authentic, He remembered exactly the car we were searching for and knew all the details, in regards to year, model, specs, etc. Overall, we are very pleased with the service at this dealership.

"I enjoy the facilities and knowledge level in Service Dept" I had the 30000 miles check done for my car as well as CarPlay being installed. I enjoy the friendliness at Capo Mazda and the new facilities. Due to length of time my car was to be serviced and the lateness of the day I was given a loaner car, a very nice convenience. Up front I knew the costs and though I knew I could probably get the checkup done for less elsewhere I preferred to use Mazda specialists for this big one. "friendly service" Bought a certified preowned car from Capo Mazda and took it in for its first oil change/rotation. They were very friendly and efficient. They also fixed a few small problems that I had noticed when I bought the car.

"Excellent service" Freddie handed our service. He is very helpful and customer service oriented. I drive all the way from Banning to get our car serviced because I trust him. I've known him fro years, because I was a customer of Phillips Mazda for years.

"New Car Purchase/Lease" We just leased a Mazda CX-5 from Mazda Capistrano and could not be happier. The process was streamlined and efficient! Lauren Garza our Sales Consultant was so helpful and worked to get us what we wanted at the payment we wanted. Chris in Finance finalized everything with finesse and such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this Dealership and the CX-5!

"Good experience overall" I purchased my Mazda 6 Sport from Lauren Garza and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I was pressured for time and she and the staff got the deal taken care of quickly, which I very much appreciated. The only thing that tarnished the transaction was that I was not aware that Mazda offered a dealer installation of Android Auto (it is not mentioned in the brochure or the Mazda internet site car build) and it was not offered to me.
