"Oil change tire rotation " This is an awesome dealer. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly. The waiting room is comfortable and accommodating . I did notice a $30 increase from last visit for same service.

"Friendly. Fast. Awesome. " Always amazing experience at Mazda Capistrano. Took my CX 5 in for service. Quick and efficient service and got on my with my day way ahead of schedule. New remodeled service center is great. Friendly service. In addition, car cleaned and smells like it just came off the lot. What more can you ask for? :)

"Could not be happier" AJ was great to work with in our search for our new Mazda3 (our second). He is/was honest, kind, knowledgeable and concerned that we are pleased and happy with the vehicle. I actually inadvertently left a parking pass in our old car and he was quick to find it and ensure it's return. I have no doubt we will be returning to the dealership and AJ in 3 years when we lease our next Mazda.

"Excellent service" I have worked with Fredy for many years at two dealerships. I have always gotten excellent service, knowledgeable help, and a willingness to work to address my issues. I bought my last Mazda, in large part on Fedy's recommendation, and will probably buy my next car the same way.

"Great customer service! " I bought my CX-5 In LA county and was looking for a Mazda dealer in south OC for my service and maintenance needs… I tried Irvine Mazda for a minor repair and quite frankly was not thrilled with their customer service. When my car was due for its 5000 mile maintenance check I decided to try Capistrano Mazda, I could not have had a better experience!
