"Great service department!" I was able to get my car in for scheduled maintenance on a Saturday on short notice. Fredy in the service department was very friendly and checked my car in quickly. The service was performed within a couple of hours and my car had been given a wash!

"Wonderful experience from start to finish!" From the initial email with a personalized video, this experience was what car buying should be! Never once did I feel uneasy about buying this car. I could not have asked for a better car buying process.

"The most pleasant experience I can recall in a service dept." SERVICE Dept staff was helpful, quick and friendly. Unusual compared to my years of taking cars in for necessary but often annoying maintenance and repair work appointments. I'm looking forward to my next visit to see my new friends at Mazda SJC. Ed

"Seamless transaction " Capistrano Mazda staffs made the transition from end of lease to acquiring my new CX-5 into a smooth process. All staff are friendly and professional. Lauren was very accommodating, she took time explaining details and answered every question. She was very helpful in making all the paperworks be done with ease. Highly commendable.

"Super smooth and easy" Diego and Moe were super helpful from the second we walked in looking at the CX-5. We absolutely love the Mazda and the whole experience with the team made it that much better. Service was also great when it came down to calling us to install our apple car play and picking a time that worked for us while also giving us a loaner! 11/10 for customer service

"Great local Dealership" Rick was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable about all of the models on the lot. No pressure and no sleight of hand, just honest information so we could make a good decision. My wife really likes her mew C-3 and we will probably get a C-5 by the end of the year for me.

"Great deal" AJ was a great dealer. His got a great knowledge of car and dealership. Highly recommend him specially if you are new in Mazda. Also he is able to make a great deal. after visited 3 dealerships we finally managed to get a great deal with him.
