"Always excellent, fast & friendly." This was not my first visit to Capo Mazda, and it will not be my last. I always get greeted with a smile, the quote is reliable, and I get complimentary coffee while I wait. My car looked and sounded fantastic when I left, they even held open the door for me! Thanks Cyrena, it was a pleasure to meet you!

"Great and easy experience." Every person I dealt with was so wonderful. Cyrena was so help when I was getting my car serviced, and when I found out I would be in need of a new car. I did not feel pressured by anyone and Cyrena was very understanding and thoughtful. When I went to sales, Lauren did an amazing job. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, every person I interacted with was wonderful. The process of everything was smooth, I would recommend this dealership.

"Oil change, as smooth a process as it can be " Oil change took a fairly short amount of time, although noted it was early morning and with appointment. Total of 45 min from drop-in to drive out. Price is fair, and service quick and pleasant. Only caveat is that a saw my car ready for about 5-10 minutes before my name was called.

"Alex was very nice and helpful " We had a great experience getting my sons Mazda 3 serviced at Capo Mazda. He had the Oil changed tire rotation, they found issues and replaced a motor mount and the main drive belt. We also had his original exhust put on. The service advisor Alex was knowledgeable and helpful. She provided him a loaner car and communicated every step of the way. His car was ready the second day. He loves his car and it runs like new and Alex had it washed as well. Thank you

"superb experience" Fast, efficient, and friendly service. Accurate diagnosis of the problem with fair resolution at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend the service department to others.

"Thorough and professional " Lauren was professional and helpful in making the decision to lease a car from Capo Mazda. She promptly responded to my correspondence and was flexible to meet with me despite my changing schedule. She even made a short video about the actual car I was interested in leasing for my daughter. Thst was thoughtful and I felt she went beyond the call of most sales people.

"Great Experience!" I am so glad to have met Forouz! Any employee I interacted with at this dealership was just awesome! Great personalities at this location. Forouz is just the best! She’s so genuine and it’s rare to find that at dealerships let alone with a whole team! Chris the finance manager was great to work with as well. "Impressive!" Forouz was amazing! Not your typical sales associate. Extremely professional, and helpful without blowing smoke, very down to earth. Forouz turned a potentially bad situation into an amazing experience, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new/used Mazda.
