"Not organized staff-but very friendly" Your staff is extremely friendly. They greeted me when I arrived and knew who I was. They smiled, and made sure I was comfortable. People have great personalities. When the rep came out to greet me I showed her the scratch on the side of my door. It had been documented by the sales associate that the car was purchased with scratches back in May 2018. "Great experience!" I'm very happy with my Mazda CX-5! So many amenities, it makes driving fun! And I love the dark blue color! Everyone at the dealership was great, especially Whitney, who was my salesperson! She's very personable, not pushy and knows her vehicles. I'd definitely send friends and family to Capistrano Mazda.

"Quick and easy." Whitney was awesome and made it very easy to find a vehicle that fits our needs and didn’t waste much time getting in and out. She also came in on her day off to make this deal work for us. Customer service was a priority and I would recommend anyone that wants a hassle free purchase or lease to give them your business. The vehicle is awesome and can’t wait to take along drive and enjoy the comfort of the vehicle.

"Good communication, work was fast, price is very reasonable." This is not the old dealer concept charging ridiculous price anymore. Someone got the right idea. Cyrena was great. Answered all my questions. Will probably lease another when this lease runs out. Service is a big part of the ownership experience.
