"Excellent service" The service was on time and efficient and Cyrenaica Morena was friendly and very helpful. Her attention to mY needs as a customer we’re excellent.

"FIVE STAR FRIENDLY SERVICE" All employees dealt with in past and even those who I never dealt with really make sure you are well taken care of. The friendly, professional environment (from sales and finance to service) at Capo Mazda makes it worth while every time I visit.

"Great Dealership." Cyrena was great to work with. She's very knowledgeable about Mazda vehicles and explained everything on the work order in detail. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

"Recall" Took longer than expected... drove off and dashboard lights were on so had to turn around and go back... good thing they had snacks and coffee. Problem was resolved.... they were nice about it, but didn’t expect to be there for 2.5 hours.

"Capistrano Mazda is the BEST" The world would be a better place if everyone was like Capo Mazda. This dealership really blows my mind. First, we walked in 3 years ago looking for a car for our teenagers. Sales Consultant Marcin Paluch was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. No pushy sales pressure. Only good things to say about the service department. Family Owned dealership that has taken great care of us. Friendly, reliable and top notch.

"Great experience, quick finance, good training on the car. " We set the appointment to come pick up the car and everything went smooth as can be. Mazda CX5 Signature. Lauren showed us all the features we were not sure about and we left very knowledgeable about the car. Finance took less than 5 minutes as they sent us the paperwork ahead of time. .

"Cyrena Moreno is the best Service Advisor!" I have worked with Service Advisors at Toyota, Lexus, BMW, Acura, and Audi, and Cyrena is one of the best Service Advisors I have ever worked with! She went above and beyond to assist my wife and I with repairing a bumper that had popped out of the clips and a tire guard that had also become dislodged. Her communication was great throughout the process and I look forward to working with her when we have to bring our SUV in for service again.

"A great place makes you feel relaxing" Made a deal of my lovely 2019 CX-9 with Jerry Aydemir at the third visit within three days.
