"Forouz did a great job!" The overall experience was great. Forouz was very knowledgeable, helpful and did her very best to find us the perfect cars. She was very friendly and thorough throughout the process and on all her follow-up communications.

"Oil change and tire rotation " My experience at Mazda was great! Paige was very helpful and my car was done super quick. Both Cyrena and Paige’s customer service skills are excellent and I was greeted at my car as soon as I drove up. I was very impressed and will continue taking my car in for its service needs.

"Coming Back" Brought my Mazda3 in after a disappointing service at a Jiffy Lube and the tech's ran a diagnostic, rotated my tires, test drove it, and made sure there were no issues. Very helpful staff, thorough inspection, very inexpensive. Coming back from now on for all services/maintenances.

"Quick and easy!" This was a no pressure car sale. The sales person (Diego) was personable and knew his product. We were in and out in less than 2-hours.

"Service for my CX-5" I had to have my 35,000 mileage check up performed and I also had to have my navigation system updated which were both done in a timely manner. I was also able to get a loaner car, which was important to me.

"Pleasurable Experience " Front the moment we stepped onto the lot, Marcin greeted us with a warm welcome, while not being pushy whatsoever. We were shopping for a car for our daughter, she wanted an SUV, not too small, not too big and Marcin directed us to the CX 5. "My best car buying experience to date" Capistrano Mazda sales staff (especially Diego) provided my families best car buying experience to date. We were able to buy the exact car we wanted, at the price we wanted. We defiantly felt in control of the process, relaxed, with zero pressure sale tactics. "Most Amazing and Professional Car Buying Experience " This was by far the easiest and most professional car buying experience we've ever had. The entire team that served us, Cyrena, Tom, Forouz, Kevin, were all extremely helpful and made us feel like VIP customers from the very beginning. "Whitney Bowens was outstanding sales person. " Whitney Bowens was my sales person. She went above and beyond for me. Everything from getting me a great price to driving me home to get paperwork.
