"We felt taken care of at the time - but..." We were extremely happy with the service and care at the time of purchase of our vehicle - the associates were lovely and attentive. But we were extremely disappointed when we learned over a month later that the extended warranty we purchased requires us to take the car to Capistrano Mazda for service, which is 40 miles from our home. "Easy, professional, quick and helpful" Car had check engine light. Set up appointment. Got car in quickly. Diagnosed problem. Needed to wait a day for a part. Fixed it and called me to let me know it was ready. Excellent service. Thanks,

"very good experience" I felt that having women at the intake desk was brilliant. Good job Capo Mazda! Jerry in sales was helpful he clearly understood that I may be interested in another Mazda and what I would be will to consider and that when and if that scenario was to come up he would contact me, but not to bug with a flood of calls texts and emails until that time.
