"Great experience" I had a great experience buying a new car at Capistrano Mazda. It was easy and fast, and I couldn't be happier with my new car.
"Easiest purchase ever" My husband is in the business, so we buy cars differently. We negotiate the deal ahead of time and come in and do the paperwork. Because of this we often get the "3C" delivery; "See the Car, See the Keys, C ya". Not here. "Great experience with sales and service" My wife and I had a great experience start-to-finish with Katrina in sales, and then Fredy in the service department. "efficient and friendly" I needed to change the battery on my keyless entry system , Freddy replaced the battery on the key and the spare key and showed me how to start the car if the battery on the key was to weak to do it .This took 10 minutes with no wait time .

"very courteous" I went in to get my key less entry fixed. Freddy hooked me up with some new batteries free of charge. I was in and out in 5 minutes!
"Walk in Service" Well, my son had a broken side view mirror on his Mazda car. He is out of town and left his car with me. I could not bring myself to let him drive a car in this condition. So, I have stopped by Capistrano Mazda to check what would be the cost and time expectation for this repair.
