"Just batteries" I just needed new batteries for my clickers, and Freddy was happy to quickly replace them. He was super polite and friendly.It was great experience, I am so glad they opened.

"Awesome experience" We came in to take a look at a few different models and feel out the dealership as a whole. What a great experience we had! Everyone that works here is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about Mazda products. We never felt pushed into anything we didn't want or need, they were more focused on building trust with us through experience and caring. Diego and Moe were a huge help and we ended up purchasing our CX-5 from them a few days later. Thank you!!

"Great service from the sales team" We were very happy with our experience at this dealer. The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, specifically AJ Jamshidi was terrific. The auto finance team (a guy who was there only temporarily I think) tried the usual upselling tricks but nothing out of the ordinary. We love our new car and would definitely be a return customer at Capistrano Mazda.

"Super easy!!" We used to think that buying a car is a nightmare but not any more, our experience at Mazda with Diego was so simple, easy, And fast. Diego was so gentle, explained everything so simple and happened that way. So fast with no complications at all! We got a great deal!!

Capistrano Mazda(Tom) took the information and found the car, keeping us informed as to when the located the car, when it would be here, etc. The communication was very good. When we picked up the car, it went very smoothly. Diego was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to help me "sync" my phone with the car right away. The car was clean and in perfect condition. We are very happy!

"Wonderful experience with Capistrano Mazda" I had some unpleasant experience with other Mazda a couple of years ago, so I decided to take my Mazda 3 to Philips Mazda to give a try, the person who took me in is Fredy Campos, since then I have never go anywhere else for my car service, when they moved to Capistrano, I followed them there! "Amazing experience! Treated a senior with respect!" I had a wonderful experience at Capistrano Mazda! AJ was so helpful and informative. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and took the extra time to explain the model to me. I am a female senior and was worried that I would be taken advantage of and not taken seriously but that was not at all the case.
