"Easy in, Easy out" From the first contact with this dealership, Whitney was low key, friendly and professional. She and Moe worked hard to locate and secure the vehicle we wanted, at the price we would pay. They knew what we wanted and worked hard to meet our expectations. Excellent job all around. "Amazing Customer Service" Fredy and his team at Capistrano Mazda are friendly and knowledgeable. Each time I visit, I am greeted instantly with a smile. I appreciated the time they took to diagnose a problem with a piece that became dislodged on the underbelly of my car. The part got ordered and they offered to install free of charge! Wow! I will continue to bring my Mazda CX-3 to them for service. They are trustworthy and run an efficient workplace.
"First Car" After my 2002 car broke down this past week, I was in need of a fresh new start. Thankfully I was able to find it here at the Mazda Dealership of San Juan Capistrano. "I was happy to give them my business! " Jerry Aydemir was is the perfect example of how a car salesman should be. He was extremely HELPFUL, GENUINE, and HONEST. I love my new car and I refuse to go anywhere other than Capistrano Mazda. After dealing with horrible neighboring dealerships in the area, going to Mazda was a night and day experience. The service managers even took the time to introduce themselves to me which was awesome. The gentleman who also did my finance paperwork was FANTASTIC! Thank you!!!!!
