"Superb Service!" I brought my 2016 CX9 in to have remote start installed. Hector Arvieu did the installation and did an excellent job. The remote start worked perfectly and whoever washes the cars as well, always cleans the exterior and interior of the vehicle immaculately prior to pick up. I was having trouble loading the app on my IPhone for the remote start and even though The service rep, Hector Campos was super busy, he took the time to complete the registration for me. "Marcin our sales person is #1" We read the reviews and came to see Marcin to show us a CX-5 we were interested in. Since I could not go as I was working my wife went alone to the salon. Marcin showed my wife the car, and other cars so she could see the differences and took my wife on a test drive. My wife was un-decided since I was not with her. "buying a new car" went in originally to buy a used car but ended up buying a new one after considering our options. it did not feel like a high pressure situation at all- very helpful staff!
"First Visit" This was my first visit due to a recall that I had neglected. Both Julie, who booked my visit and Fredy Campos who was my service advisor were very professional and treated me very well. They did not recommend any unnecessary work on my Mazda 6 which is 12 years old. Very happy to find a new service center for my 2 Mazdas,
"Genuinely nice people, no pressure experience" Our salesperson, Forouz, was incredibly helpful and did not put pressure on us at any point. She was quick to answer questions via email and was always direct and forthcoming with information. The GM, Tom, was quite helpful as well, making sure we were taken care of throughout the experience. And the finance manager, Chris, was super easy to work with too. No pressure there either, which is not typically the case with other car dealers. I'd recommend this group to anyone.
