"Quick and Easy" I was having trouble with the fob for my Mazda CX-5. I called the Capistrano Mazda Service Department and explained what was happening. Fredy knew immediately what my issue was and told me to come in and he'd take care of it. When I made that call I was sure it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix. "Service visit" I have probably written only a couple of reviews in my life, but I had to write a review because the service I received this past weekend was way beyond anything I've ever received at a dealership. Fredy Campos was professional, attentive, informative, and just made the entire experience very easy. I came in for an airbag adjustment that stemmed from a recall notice. I was in and out within 45 minutes - just as Fredy promised. When does that ever happen at a car dealership?

"Happy First-time Mazda Owner" This dealership, and specifically Forouz Mohisefat, helped me understand and appreciate the value of Mazda vehicles.
