"Great Experience at Capistrano Mazda" My husband and I recently purchased a Mazda from Capistrano Mazda. Our entire experience was wonderful. Our sales person, Diego, was fantastic. He was patient, honest, and knowledgeable. We appreciated his help and we trusted him. We took a month to evaluate our options and found Capistrano Mazda offered us the best trade in value for our car, as well as the best options for purchasing/leasing our new car. We cannot say enough good things and are very pleased with our new CX 5.
"Great experience" We got a great deal from this dealership, and the people are absolutely nice here. Diego was facilitating with our purchase, and he gave it all to make sure it was a smooth purchase. Chris was very upbeat and makes the financial and paperwork fun (who would have known governmental and payment can be fun?). We never met Tom, but thank you for helping with our paperwork with the bank and Mazda USA. This place is lovely.

"Great Experience" Took our Mazda 3 in for general servicing. Worked with Freddy Campos and I was so incredibly comfortable working with him. He was polite, friendly, and very easy to work with. He called within an hour to give us an update, and then again in another hour to let us know our service had been completed. Freddy gets an A+ in my book!

"Key Battery Exchange took less than 60 seconds!" Fredy Campos was so nice, helpful and quick! Both of my key batteries were dead and Fredy changed the batteries easily and quickly! Thanks Fredy!

"GREAT" I went in for a much needed service on mt Mazda 3 and was greeted and checked in by Fredy Campos. Excellent people skills and helped me feel welcomed right away. Dealers tend to intimidate me for some reason but Fredy was awesome and my car runs amazing now!!!!
