"Great purchase experience" Were looking for a new SUV and were helped by Diego Blakely. He could not have been more helpful or professional. We were looking at several different makes and models but settled on a CX-5 with Diego's help. Diego introduced us to each person in the dealership that we would have contact with, and thoroughly went over all operations of the car. Would not hesitate to recommend Diego or Capistrano Mazda.
"Good experience" It was nice working with Genesis on our certified used car purchase. She made the she car buying experience so much better than what I remember car buying used to be like. She went above and beyond by helping us get our old car delivered back to our home.
"Recall review" I had a recall on my vehicle. The dealership, Freddy inparticular was extremely helpful and provided me with a courtesy car while my vehicle was being serviced. Took 2 weeks due to sourcing parts. Car was returned, washed and cleaned and has since been running beautifully. Love my Protege5. 135k miles and still running like a top! Zoom-zoom!

"Excellent" This dealership was fantastic, and Jerry was incredibly helpful and honest. My mom and I had no shortage of questions, and Jerry was very knowledge. If he didn't know something, he said so and tracked an answer down for me. This was quite different than other dealerships (cough cough Honda in lake forest) that would clearly be making up answers to the point of being rude. Katrina made the purchase easy, low pressure and has such a sunny attitude along with knowledge of the cars features and the financing expertise was extremely helpful.
