My ac compressor is making a lot of noise. The mechanic couldnt get a good price on it from local autpo parts stores. Im saving a lot of money buying it through this website.
I could not, for over a hour, reach your representatives by phone; and when I finally became #1 on customer hold list, I was told that Joe was not available to help me at that time. I was having trouble getting the computer to accept my order and until just a few minutes ago, I could not get a confirmation that my order went through.absolutely
First person hang up on me. Costumer service not helpful wait to talk 2 h and the person cannot help. She told me she is not allowed to help me.

A/C compressor at super affordable price. The company has been around for some time so I figured to give them a shot. If they sold junk they wouldn't be here. Haven't received my part yet so We'll see.
I tried to Chat but no one answered, the reply was no one available to chat. I called customer service, and he provided me with wrong info and hung up on me when I told him the part# he gave me only specified 2.5 engine and I needed a 3.0 engine part. Because as I was talking to him I was wanting to confirm what I had seen on line and to see if there was a 3.0 part. I don't remember his name but he began talking to me by phone @ 3:30pm CST. No one responded to the chat.
Website was down and then very slow. When I tried to pay with paypal it timed out and then did not include discount.
