Terrible experience ordered two parts for our vehicle one box received the wrong part the other box received empty box nothing inside. Took one week to file the claim and I’m still waiting for my refund. The sales person I dealt with from the very beginning was very nice but I’ll never do business with his company again
I ordered a Turbo for my 2012 Ford Edge EcoBoost
The order was sent 2 times also changed 2 times
No package was delivered.
The steering box that was shipped was not correct versus the box I ordered. Return process has taken too much time.
Ordered a set of 8 injections but only had 7 took hours on the phone explaining how much money I should get refunded. They would not offer any discount for the arguing for hours to get the right amount refunded. I can’t believe this company will have any customer retention.
The customer service is horrible! They lie about when the part is going to be shipped out, and delivered. I got the run around for almost a week after ordering, before someone actually told me why I didn't already have my part. I ordered my part on the the 19th, I was told I would have it on the 22nd. I finally got the part yesterday the 2nd. Thwy wouldn't even give me the corporate office phone number when I asked
Look for a power steering gear box for my 93 Mazda B 2600 I. Was told they had one in stock. I got an email with the charges for my part. Got another email to say they received my part and was processing my order. And that a follow-up email with my shipping advice was soon to follow. I've got all kinds of emails from them trying tell me more stuff, but I never did get an email with my shipping advice.
