This is horrible. I ordered a $1500 part, only to receive the wrong part. I called, emailed and tried to contact support via Chat. Finally got a return label and shipped it back. They received it 5 days ago, and still no refund. No one responds. Chat has a 30 minute wait, no one answers the phone and emails are never returned. Please just give me my money back.

I’ve put off getting the AC fix because of cost. At BUyAutoParts I can afford to get it fixed now. Hope it arrived on time, I paid extra for it.

I LOOKED AROUND A LOT FOR MY PART. EVERYWHERE I TURNED IT WAS EITHER OUT OF STOCK OR WAY TO EXPENSIVE. UNTIL I FOUND BUYAUTOPARTS.COM THANKS ALOT

First order was disappointing. Received order number but never ship. Spent 2 hrs Calling customer service. Hotline service wait time is too long.

it didnt let me choose the firm button , it never popped up ; maybe a glitch ? also when i chose the part i wanted when it was time to check out it had a different name
