Believe the internet when consumers blast the customer service. Website states: All cores should be shipped back to 1261 Aviation Blvd Suite 100, Hebron, KY 41048. Cores should be mailed back with a Core Return Form. No Core Return Form was included in shipment and when customer service was contacted about the error, all they could focus on was a Return Label which I never asked for. Heaven help me if I have any problems with the product!
After I placed my order I realized that my next day delivery option didn’t apply as chosen. I placed a called to BAP and explained my situation to customer service, and they told me that they would call shipping and call me back. I never received a call back. I was disappointed that I had to wait a week for the part, but the part worked perfectly and I completed my project.

I entered my name at check out and it kept telling me my name was invalid and wouldn’t let me check out, eventually had to use a family member name to get through with it

I put the wrong CV CODE for credit card and I was instead prompted to select a valid first name... Causing unnecessary confusion... Prior to this I was REAL HAPPY with the fluidity of your website!!!
I have not received yet my email confirming my purchases. I paid almost 3 hours ago. Customer services in no -existent. Neither they respond because the difference with Pacific time or you leave your phone number and message and I am still waiting from someone to call me back.
