Ordered on a Tuesday with next day shipping, which is $56 !!! I received my parts the following Monday. They will not answer my calls or emails!!!! So what it looks like , they check there orders once a week. The money wasn’t taken out of my account on Wednesday the 5/27/26 received parts on 6/1/26 with next day shipping sad .
I didn’t receive any confirmation when I placed the order. It was supposed to be delivered year or the shipping estimator and it hasn’t been delivered and I’ve sent multiple messages asking where order is and haven’t received any response. Terrible
One day shipping costs $32 extra. It says it won't ship for four days.

I ordered a part and paid $1'000 only to be told to call because there was an issue with my order. I was hailed with numerous questions that were totally out of line and accusatory. I was being suspected of fraud even though all I did was order and PAY. I told them to cancel the order, they don't deserve any business in my opinion treating customers the way I was treated.
I ordered a Rack at 11:45 A.M. on a Friday, paid for overnight express Sat del... As of Monday at 4:30PM Eastern time, no Tracking- no response, no call back, no indication the rack exists or will ship out for Tues. I should have ordered thru my regular supplier. AC compressor arrived on time, but fitment was wrong according to the make, year, model and trim (2004 Toyota Camry XLE). The belt would not reach the pully. I had to purchase a more expensive compressor at O'Reilly's Automotive Parts which fit perfectly and had to go through the hassle of time delay on installation and returning the WRONG compressor. However, the return policy was easy and I expect a full refund.
Crappy packaging causing item to be damaged. Waste of time.
It took days between ordering and shipping. I was told the part was in stock and I'd have it in 4 to 5 days. Looks like it will be 8 days at best. I hope the quality of the part is worth the wait.
