Wrong thread on power steering fittings. Had to rethread them to fit. THIS IS NOT AN EXACT FIT AS ADVERTISED....
I ordered a freon compressor and got it ! It did not come with the high pressure switch, not told of this ! I got on your chatbox and was told the part i needed, it was wrong, after i paid right at fifty dollars to overnight it ! I went uptown and got the right part over the counter. Most unhappy with you and that's it !!!

Just ordered my part and yall sent the wrong one I photo matched my item to make sure it was right and when it got here it a totally different sensor thanks alot wasted my money
WHY SIGN IN FOR A COMERCIAL ACCOUNT? WHEN YOU STILL CHARGE A TAX. I PAY YOU A TAX AND THEN MY COSTOMER PAYS IT AGAIN. I HAVE A RESALE NUMBER BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO ENTER IT. DOES NOT MAKE SENCE TO ME.

I ordered and paid for over night shipping on Friday 01/05/2024, I was finally notified today 01/08/2024 it just shipped and it is scheduled to arrive 01/10/2024. So much for rapid customer service.
They show merchandise in stock 3 different parts numbers. But none of it was in stock. My order was canceled after taking my money.
Not only did they send the WRONG part, they ran me around in circles taking photos of what they sent and then they didn't fix the problem. They sent the wrong part, said they would send the correct one to replace it, then decided they didn't have the right part 5 days later! but didn't decide to let me know that the correct part wasn't coming. Finally after 2 weeks of endless calling and 4 reps later I finally get someone who told me the truth. They don't have the right part and will just give me a credit. YUP, you guessed i... read more
I haven't received my part and tracking number is missing 4 digits so I haven't been able to track through UPS
