Part was labeled as being programmed and it wasn’t. Called to cancel order. They hung in on my husband so I called back. I was told the order was canceled and refund was issued. When I called back 2 days later because I still had not received my refund they told me it takes 3-5 business days.
Chatted with Jayson who was great on Monday, by Wednesday price had doubled not a happy camper. Ordering today Friday, why will it ship Wednesday 8/16/2023.

The price and quality may be good, but so far the order processing, customer service, and delivery have been poor. I only have tole for projects on weekends and was assured that they would arrive by Friday, but as of today (Thursday), they haven't left their shipping dock.
God bless. Purchasing this part online this was shown as a GM ac compressor part. Your company has a discount, if you purchased over a certain amount. The code was entered on my purchase order. The discount did not apply, called customer service to get the discount. Receiving the part it was Pinnacle ac compressor. The parts were totally different in size, a clamp was broken, and part of a rubber gasket was torn. I returned the part for a full refund. Customer service was the best part of my experience. basically got scammed my package aint came and i payed for faster shipping
I purchased the item fully expecting it to be the date indicated before buying. Then they delayed it by needing to verify the address it’s going to. By doing that, it delayed my shipping by another day and I don’t have a means on now getting the item when I was going to pick it up on my way over back home.
Got the shocks I ordered pretty quick but one was missing the bolt spacers looks like it had been opened !
I paid for 2day delivery and nothing. Not a word from anyone. Im elderly and get sick in extreme heat. And thats what Florida has been like, EXTREME heat and heat index we won't even go there.its been 2 plus months with NO A/C .
