I paid for 1 day shipping. Half the order took 3 days. They did refund half of the shipping cost, so at least they tried to rectify the issue somewhat.
The axels that I bought were delivered with the top of the box missing. You can see the splines . Unacceptable. I’m not sure yet if the have been damaged. It should have been packed better. Obviously it’s not just the company’s fault but now I’m not sure how safe they are to use on my family’s car. How bad where they thrown around with the spline ends sticking out of the box!!!
The manager I spoke with seemed unprofessional and unattended to the conversation we had . There should not be a [ Core ] shipping charge for the Core to be returned. Need free return label.
I just spent over $700. I bought AC compressor and a turbo for my car. The compressor come with no paperwork to inform me if it had or or not. I had to call three times to try and get an answer. Now the turbo I purchased the exhaust manifold housing is so poor and out of shape it won’t even fit the car because it hits the intake manifold Again, I called for Support and asked to speak for a manager. Paid for next day delivery. They didnt ship it next day
I paid for overnight shipping and I got the package 2 days later. Part was not packaged well and the bottom of the rack was exposed and hanging out of the box when it was delivered. Very disappointed!!

I can't write a review on an item I have paid for and haven't received yet. Once I receive it, I can give an actual review. They have sent me an email about the shipping address and I replied. Have not heard a word yet nor about my product being shipped yet and order was received April 10th. We will see. Giving it time.
