After placing my order I received a confirmation email stating that I would be sent another email with a tracking number when my order was shipped. Since then I have gotten a large amount of advertising emails and another email requesting me to rate the quality of the parts that I ordered. I have yet to get the email confirming the shipment of my parts / tracking number. Ordered KYB loaded struts. Got FCS instead. Paid for 1 day Air Freight. Then found out warehouse was 25 miles away, order was delivered in 3 days! Very unimpressed, should have ordered from Detroit Axle…
ordered on saturday morning a web site stated order now in the net 2.5 hours and it would be shipped that same day. it is now tuesday at 6pm and no parts or package to be seen. I demand an immediate refund on my shipping charges. now i have serious doubts of the second part of my order that is supposed to ship tomorrow. I'v already made arrangements for putting the parts i don' have for this saturday. this is the first time i've used Buy autoParts and it will be the last time
Sell personnel refuse to listen to customer requests and they decide what best for buyer resulting on buyer wasting time and expediting shipping money that can’t be refunded back
Tried checking out several times and had to use PayPal to check out.
Wrong part have to return it
Customer service was absolutely no help. Part was not correct from just looking at it so didn't even take out of clear wrap. Called customer" NO Service" and was told that I needed to handle it through E-bay and THEY would send me a return label to send it back at my cost to return also. I do not have an E-Bay account to even refer to and it has been a week, so looks like I am stuck with a part that does not fit at a loss of over $200.
I was asked how I am enjoying the item I purchased. Still have not received the item? Shouldn't you all know that?
Wouldn’t accept my credit card had to use a different card
