Sent us the Wrong Part, Then argued with me for 2 hours about sending the wrong part , only to get a phone call about 3 hours later admitting they did send us the wrong pare, where then told they didnt even stock the part that was advertised on the web site.....l
I ordered off you guys as it said if ordered within next few hours will be sent today Still no confirmation of order sent ? Just spoke online with Jayson who informs me 10-12 days before item sent ! Do you need to look up where Australia is in relation to Trump world? I buy regularly off Rock Aut but thought I'd try you guys, an order with them arrives while your still looking for Australia on a map ! Totally insane
I ordered the part but they send the wrong one. OK, mistakes happen. Its was the customer service afterward that was horrible. Wanting me to pay 1/2 the cost for another part while waiting another week for it to get here. Jo (I guess thats her name) was rude and unabashedly actsd like she could care less about my problem. Kevin (I guess thats his name) hung up on me while in was waiting for him to return back to the phone. Looking at other reviews, I see I am not alone.

Since I haven't received the part how can I give you a review. The order was placed on 4/17 but I just received tracking info this morning.
Two Different "UNLIMETED " warantys?
I never received said package! They sure took my money
to make sure we called and asked about the part , and if it was "brass heater core" and the person on the phone said YES just as it's show in the picture WRONG it arrived and it's aluminum and the wrong measurements "What a waist of time"
Order was placed on March 14, 2026. I paid for the order by PayPal $296.41 USD to BuyAutoParts.com that same day. BuyAutoParts sent me an email stating that you have received my order. You stated that you would send a confirmation with order details to my email. as of today March 18, 2026 I have not received any information regarding this order. Please Maike me know what is hapening.
