keeps advertising a product for a price that it can't deliver
Only got half of my parts! after a couple hrs online and on phone and trying to sent pics to an email I couldn’t get to work I gave up and told them I’d just send it back! Now I don’t get my money back for up to two weeks which keeps my car down for two more weeks because I can’t afford to buy another set right now. I don't like being forced to write a review
Wanted to upgrade an A/C kit I purchased for the OEM compressor by paying the difference in price for the kit with the upgraded OEM compressor. First they wanted to charge me the full compressor price, then they said I would have to return the entire kit and reorder. I think I'll just return the kit and order elsewhere.
Ordered it on Oct 16 and haven't heard a thing on a $580 dollar purchase.
Navigation **** the website is bogus
They advertise same day shipment. They say I'll be notified when it ships. Four days later, nothing but shipment can't be tracked. Nothing but lies so far.
Their vehicle catalog is incorrect, therefore we received the incorrect part. Not a big deal, easy to rectify, however this company's customer service is horrible. After several attempts calling to get it resolved, several times being hung up on and several false promises of a call back, I got frustrated and ordered through another company. Now they are witholding my funds, stating that its their policy to only give a "credit" not a refund. Absolute BS and scam.
