Absolutely no communication as to where my order is. No update, no tracking number, nothing.
Bought a replacement electric power steering rack for my 2014 335i. Part shipped out same day (Monday) and was received that Wednesday. Perfect... Until I noticed the part was damaged. I called BAP and they pinned it on UPS since the box showed signs of damage in transit. I arranged to have a SECOND rack sent. I paid to overnight this one.
