Ordered an rack n pinion received a rack with a completely different part number then what was on my invoice. Called and they said I would have to return it and they didn't have the one I need .it is beyond me why they process an order knowing it was not what I ordered Waiting on an return label for a 450.00 part that I have to get refunded before I can find someone with the right part
The steering gear I ordered arrived on time and was the correct part. My core charge was credited back two days after they received my core. Thanks BAP.
Ordered a part that they said had in stock. After 3 days I decided to call and see what was going on. Person said they had no stock would be a couple of weeks. Would of been nice for someone to call.
First off it looked like it was dunked in black paint with all of the splines covered in paint, nothing like the pristine bronse color in the ad. Second the pitman keys wern't aligned with steering splines not even close. If I keep it I will have to get an alignment but will probably send it back.
Havent received my ac compressor Everything's came in but that and the ac oil hopefully it shows up don't wanna waste money...
I ordered Friday and I'm not getting it till Tuesday and we'll it's Monday so I haven't received it and hopefully it won't get delayed any longer but they didn't even ship it till today. When I ordered it Friday it said the time frames to order and when it would ship and I was told it would ship Saturday and be here Monday but nope Tuesday now and who knows it might take even longer since they didn't start the shipping process till late in the day or at the earliest very late morning. The part doesn't fit my van like it said it didn't.
The Experience shopping was quick and easy to good to be true, you could say! Well it was wasn't told part wasn't in stock had to call, was offered for them to rebuild the part but would take 3 or 4 weeks ,and told they didn't sell the rebuild kit! Just wish They could have sold me the rebuild kit Which would earn my business from them In the future. Was a little upset They really acted like they didn't care understanding mistakes happen. At least they could appoint me in the right direction to get It Done.
