Many issues creating an account. System error. Delayed time. Also did not get 20.00 discount as advertised upon sign up. Instead received an email for $10 off. When implemented the code it showed deduction. However it didnt process after transaction. I am having hopes that my actual order will not reflect what has taken place thus far
I ordered a rack and pinion for my truck and it clearly stated there were several units in stock and they would ship right away. Several days pass and I hear NOTHING, so I send an email and I get a reply that they will look into it, then another email saying they are out of stock and they cancelled my order. New one had different wires than the old one. Sent it back for refund.
Twice was told a part was in stock and both times it was not and money was returned after a delayed time. Now that part is listed in stock the price is now 85.00 more then original price

Purchased a rack & pinion that I paid my local Chevy dealer to install. That rack was SEIZED to the point where the dealer couldn't even get my car out of their service bay!!! They sent a 2nd rack & pinion that binds when the fluid warms up. Refuses any responsibility for labor on TWO CONSECUTIVE DEFECTIVE PARTS. When confronted, offers to refund money on the part. I placed an order for a part that I really needed and ordered it because the website showed it in stock. After placing the order I was contacted by the seller informing me that there was an issue getting the part and that they had to cancel my order. Very frustrating and disappointing.
