Received a bad ac compressor, and was coerced into taking store credit. With the store credit, I bought TMPS sensors. They were the correct ones but they neglected to say they were unprogrammed. I'm not going through the hassle of returning AGAIN.

Rebuild kit for all these racks from mfg contain a replacement dust cover seal for steering input shaft. Mine did not come with one and was not provided with once when contacted. Had to BUY an ENTIRE $70 rebuild kit just to get the missing $3 plastic part. Was offered no partial refund or assistance of any sort besides “we can’t help you”. And yes I spoke to mfgs of rebuild kits they all use and they told me it was suppose to be included. 95 300TT

I called and spoke with a representative and they sent a cheap device without the sensor. I advise to look elsewhere before spending money on what you think is a good device. What good is a warranty when they knew it wouldn't function properly when sent it out. Lesson learned , Caution, buy form the dealership before wasted your money on this company, by the time they reply you could have purchase a rebuilt engine this is not worth the waste.

I sent my core back as requested two weeks after I received the new part. It has been over three weeks, and I still have not received the core charge refund. I also have not received any correspondence back from my emails. I received a great part, but no core charge refund.

Definitely do not recommend and will not use ever again. Ordered a part and it sat in label created pending pickup by carrier for two weeks, when asked about an update they claimed not to be able to get a hold of the warehouse shipping the item. Had to fight for three days for them to refund me my money, definitely stay away!

I purchased a steering box for my old truck that I'm slowly working on, finally got around to putting it on.. called to make sure return label was still good "because there is no important return information in the email containing the return label" I was informed that I should have read there core return policy, I only have ninety days to return the CORE. I ordered a manual steering gear box from this company and it was built wrong. So, I called so they can send me another one. The lady told me it would cost me $15.00 to return a part that was wrong. LOL... I ordered one from carid.com and it came today. Right the first time. I have a 1985 chevy s10 blazer. I tried to explain to her the problem but she didn't understand. First parts were sent to wrong address. They fixed that. When parts finally arrived, they were for wrong vehicle. The entire process has been plagued with errors. I’m not even trying to send these back. As I’m told I have to pay to return them. I’m writing it off as a lesson not to use these guys
