Changing engine size on existing vehicle is ridiculous
Your software to order is terrible. I had to call three times to get my parts into the cart. After that the shipping address was also very difficult to navigate.
Almost 2 months and I still have not received the part! The $600 pmt has cleared the bank card. Where is my partner a tracking number.
Three great purchases. Then this disaster. The order went fine and they took the payment. That was on a Saturday. I ordered overnight and expected it by Tuesday or Wed at the latest. On Monday I checked the status and it wasn't on my portal so I made a call. They were polite, put me on hold for 6-7 minutes and said it would process late that day (3pm already) or the next morning. It didn't happen so I called mid-day Tues to inquire states. No real answer after a 8 minute hold. It still wasn't showing on my web portal either.... read more
Boxes were tore up and one end was taped. Opened boxes and all seals were bent completely trashed.
Not good. After 3 days from ordering I still have not received confirmation my order has been shipped yet? Not sure why? Currently driving my truck to work only without any power steering at all. Please advise!
I ordered a steering rack three days ago and have yet to get any information on whether it’s been processed or shipped. When I called they said the system was down and they couldn’t help me so I asked to cancel and again, the system is down and they can’t do that. Oddly enough, the system was working enough to take the money out of my bank.
I bought the most expensive shipping for it to come in an emergency situation and it told me it’d be here on time,. It came 5 days late. Extremely disappointed.
I was on hold for what seemed like a long time, listening to some impressively loud and irritating elevator music. I was looking for a sharp object to stick in my eye to help deaden the pain of waiting on hold, but found none.
