I paid extra $16 for 2 day shipping and did not receive my items in 2 business days from the date it shipped. Additionally my card was charged twice for my item and I currently still have a second charge hold on my account despite the first charge already going through.
You said that you were listing a lost item report with UPS, and would receive a new ordere with in three days. Still have nothing.
My first experience with this company started out right but has now become so wrong. I found what I needed at a reasonable price. I ordered the item that was in-stock and paid for three day shipping. A week later I called customer service. I was told the part I ordered had to be refurbished because the core they had was bad but they assured me they were expediting my order. they refunded the extra I paid for the 3 day shipping.
