Website needs some work, hard to navigate, unable to create an account without purchase??
The Ad said 1 - 2 day shipping. After speaking with them it ended up being 5 days. I had to pay extra money due to the shop lost business because of loss of profit for them..
I placed my order Monday morning. It “shipped” the same afternoon. The estimated date of arrival was Friday of the same week. It’s now Thursday night and the package is still awaiting pickup from UPS. By contrast, I placed an order on Tuesday evening from a different seller that had a 7-10 day lead time on shipping their products. That shipment is on its way as of this evening. This will be my first and last purchase from buyautoparts.com.
I ordered a steering box for a Volvo tractor. I received a strut assembly. Trying to return it and get the correct part was a nightmare. The automatic chat didn't help, and the human, Jason, was snarky. The emails all said I was returning the steering box, when I never got it, and said nothing about returning the strut assembly.
Ordered a part. 3 weeks later, still no shipping info. Contacted via website chat, said it was canceled and refunded and argued with me about the refund. I was never notified or refunded. Had to call and explain, said they dont know what happened and said they would refund me. Finally git the refund. Website still says the part is in stock.
Nobody answers the emails, no info for tracking but order been processed for 3 day for now, hope they will send it. Going to update review as soon as I will get the trucking number
Very poor experience with no follow up after I sent 2 emails asking for some update on shipping ect but no reply at all with any information feels like a scam
The order process started out super fast and with no hassles or complicated hoops to jump through! However, it wasn't until a couple of days later that I found out that my order had been refunded. I didn't receive any messages to indicate why the refund, which was highly disappointing, as this was a "mission critical" part - which I had initially only found with this company. I'm terribly disappointed.
