Boxes were tore up and one end was taped. Opened boxes and all seals were bent completely trashed.
Not good. After 3 days from ordering I still have not received confirmation my order has been shipped yet? Not sure why? Currently driving my truck to work only without any power steering at all. Please advise!
I ordered a steering rack three days ago and have yet to get any information on whether it’s been processed or shipped. When I called they said the system was down and they couldn’t help me so I asked to cancel and again, the system is down and they can’t do that. Oddly enough, the system was working enough to take the money out of my bank.
I bought the most expensive shipping for it to come in an emergency situation and it told me it’d be here on time,. It came 5 days late. Extremely disappointed.
I was on hold for what seemed like a long time, listening to some impressively loud and irritating elevator music. I was looking for a sharp object to stick in my eye to help deaden the pain of waiting on hold, but found none.
Box was thin and split which caused damage to my part
I haven't gotten my order or anything about the order. Don't buy from them.
I had to replace the actuator on my turbo well everything was great but the part would not work it would not be programmed so now I have to pay for two installs your company cost me double the install price because of a faulty part I am not HAPPY at all. so instead of costing me $450 for the install it is going to cost me $900 because it had to be done two times. I think BuyAutoParts.com owes me $450 for first install that did not work I will let you know how the second try goes.
I ordered a driveshaft and paid for 2 day shipping. Customer service gave me a tracking number with USPS, and claimed it had shipped. The USPS tracking # says label printed, waiting for package. No change all week, so I am worried that I will not get a driveshaft.
