Order was placed on March 14, 2026. I paid for the order by PayPal $296.41 USD to BuyAutoParts.com that same day. BuyAutoParts sent me an email stating that you have received my order. You stated that you would send a confirmation with order details to my email. as of today March 18, 2026 I have not received any information regarding this order. Please Maike me know what is hapening.
While checking out with PayPal, it tells you the incorrect amount before taxes. After signing in to PayPal it asked you if you want to pay the amount, then takes you through 2 different pages before changing the price to show the amount with taxes.
I hate instant gratification surveys. Part has yet to be installed.
Bought rack and pinon. Website stated and boasted about their quality control including leak testing. Product arrived sticking out of box. Mechanic installed it and it leaked. $1500 labor! Replacement was received and installed ok, but had to pay labor twice = $3000. Customer service manager ignored me. She was to call, but never did! She never answered email either
Website accounts dont work with tracking orders. Orders have auto freight setup which is all good until ordered then they call wanting more than double the freight for some reason. Got an account manager who I questioned this with and have not heard from him.
Took my money now I don't have an invoice or order number, cannot find my tracking number on website. ordered parts on 2/24/26 It is now 3/02/26 I have no order confirmation emails no order number and no way to know if my order has even been processed. 0/5 stars
Part shows delivered but I haven’t received it.
After choosing PayPal and attempting to sign in, the system kept circling back to the same scree. My PayPal account is in good standing and was used earlier today.
Both axles got delivered in damaged packaging and both had a tear on inner cv boot making product not usable. And according to your website I have to pay for shipping to return? Not satisfied at all.
