Terrible business practices!!! Run from them. We paid for a Groupon furnace tune up, and all they did was try to sell us a new unit. High pressure sales techniques!!! A second, and third opinion proved that we didn't even need a repair done, let alone a replacement. The technician. ....or should I say sales rep....insisted that he felt bad even going home while leaving us with with carbon monoxide danger that could kill us that night. Called for a repairman to come out because our air conditioner was not draining properly, it continued to run until there was water coming through our ceiling. Guy came out did nothing and charged $60. Told us just to dry vac the water out of the pan. Even when we explained that we were concerned about the overflow and wanting to know the reason behind why the pan was filling with water, when the drain out of the house was in fact draining. We bought a house in lex. BHC had installed our units, we have two. We are on our third day of waiting on them to fix our problem (they are still under warranty) . Both went out after a storm..it is 90 degrees out. Have neighbors that also were hit, theirs have been repaired by other companies, while we set here another day waiting..very frustrated with this company.

Called Bryant Heating and Cooling to get my air unit serviced today. Got the quote for them to come to my house in Mt. Sterling. They even offered me a gold membership for year round service. Then, they called me back 30 minutes later and tell me, oh, I'm so sorry, we don't service Mt.Sterling. Seems like they could have told me that when I first made the call and gave them my address!

I would give them 0 stars if I could! I got 3 quotes for an install of a complete HVAC system. Bryant was the highest at $15,000.00. I went with them due to their length of time in business and name recognition. I also figured you got what you paid for. After all, the exact same unit from Wade Hatchell was almost $4000.00 cheaper! Surely Bryant's customer service and attention to detail must be far superior and Wade must be cutting corners, right?! Boy was I wrong! In December of 2013 my 5 year old Westinghouse heat pump quit working and I called several companies due to the harsh weather only Bryant could get to me. The technician came the next morning and looked my unit over and said that the compressor was out and would need to be replaced. I cancelled a 4-year "membership" for inspections and repairs after an initial inspection. The technician, performing the initial inspection, sounded an alarm about our furnace and the possible need for major repairs or even replacement. Since we were under a home warranty contract purchased with purchase of this house, I filed a claim with the warranty company to determine if our policy would cover needed repairs. I cannot recommend this company at all. While we were out of town, a tenant called to let us know the AC unit was not working properly. Having seen Bryant's commercials advertising quick weekend 24 hour service, we called them. We were told no one was available until Monday. The technician never looked at the unit. He said he could tell by "listening" that the entire unit needed to be replaced. We called for a second opinion. This company cleaned the unit and said it should be fine. I contacted this Company via their website to inquire about repair to my A/C unit which is leaking and under-performing. I haven't heard a peep from them. After reading the reviews (including the "not recommended" reviews which are often very enlightening), I am feeling less upset about being ignored by this company. Nonetheless, if your company so apathetic that you can't respond to a simple inquiry, this does not inspire confidence.
