I noticed my air conditioner quit running on a hot Friday morning. Spencer was out at the house that same day and had various options for me to consider. In the end, replacing the furnace was the best option considering a repair job on the existing one would take months with parts on back order (we are currently still dealing with Covid supply issues) and cost almost as much as the replacement did. Called them on Friday for a Saturday appointment between 9 and 12. They showed up early opposed to late. Quickly figured out what was wrong with our furnace (cracked and old) Gave us couple of options on what to do. We went with replacing both the inside and outside unit. They gave us a discount, offered a 5 year labor warranty and said it would be replaced that day. All before noon on a SATURDAY. I had some work done on the 7th of June. They used a flat rate and declined to alter the price despite taking 19 minutes to resolve. I paid the rate. A manager reached out and 3 weeks and 4 days later they refunded me the overcharge. They did the right thing, but took a long time to reach that goal.

If you want excellent service-- service that shows up when it is needed most, service that shows up when they say they will show up, service that goes above and beyond-- then this is the HVAC company to call. They have never let me down, they have worked with us on every issue and obstacle, and they are reasonably priced. Great people.

Had to call on a Saturday morning. Called at 7:30am and a technician was on site by 9:00am. Air conditioner was bad and needed to be replaced. All work was completed by 3:00pm the same day. All of the people doing the installation were very professional and friendly. Left the area clean and neat. I will definitely use them again.

Our furnace went out and Bryant was the first and only company we called. They were quick to respond and not only did they do an excellent job installing our new furnace but they also installed a new ac unit as well. We are already seeing a savings in our heating bill from what we paid last year. Installers were friendly, professional and got the job done quick.
