Absolutely RUN. They came and checked my AC unit. There said I needed a repair that was not covered by warranty. Guess what it was!!!

They cheated me out of money. they put Freon in the system without a leak check. The Freon leaked out in 48 hours. Worst service I've had.

The tech started by saying my system was incapable of having Freon added. False! He said my system was beyond repair. False! He started with a quote of $19,000 I negotiated down to $12,000. I went to the bathroom to come back and see him cutting the electrical wiring. When he left I called 2 other companies and got 2 quotes. He kept trying to pressure me over the phone. I paid $60 for a diagnostic. Most places do that for free, but I knew the name so thought it would be worth it. i was told I need a new system....period. When I asked questions about what specifically was wrong, I couldn't get a straight answer. He did no diagnosis, just saw it was old & recommended a new unit. I paid $60 for zero information. they Should be ashamed for charging when they don't diagnose as they stated!! do not recommend.

Outrageously expense for identical work from competitors. They recently quoted me 2x the nearest competitor for installing an air scrubber system. I've been a Bryant customer for 12 years. I have been ripped off for 12 years.

This is the first time I have encountered a Technician's refusal to wear a mask.(I had explained why I needed him to wear a mask)..the Technician proceeded name off his aliments that had nothing to do with wearing a mask....he was rude and wanted to argue with me when I sprayed lysol, he refused to finish the job and said he was going to tell the office that I was refusing to pay. My AC was out so we were looking for someone to come out to see what was wrong. We just so happened to get a coupon in the mail that day from Bryant Heating and Cooling for a "free inspection". We didn't read the fine print that said the "free inspection" was for a second opinion...they would come out and give us a second opinion, or a free estimate. We had a almost new Trane AC and Heating system. Bryant's charged us $1300 in labor to repair a valve. They came back 2 weeks later after we continued to have issues with our AC. Bryant's wanted to replace the compressor on a system that was less than 2 years old. We got a second opinion and a competitor fixed the issue. The compressor did not need to be replaced. If you call Bryant by all means get a second opinion.

I would not give them the time of day to work on anything due to the fact they still haven't gave an estimate which was told they would have it with in two hours! It's been 68 hours so far and still not a word! The guy that came out acted as if this was his first estimate. Said it was going to be approximately one price.
