Did not hold up on promises of beginning my truck repairs on time and let the truck sit for 7 days when it was able to be operated until they were ready to start. Very little responses and were not informative or professional.

Fraudulent to the max!!! Sold my daughter a Jeep that had been wrecked TWICE!!!! Presented a clean car fax till we found out later and called them out on it! Stay away from these crooks!!

Well yes and no buying car process easy. But how you expect to make service appointments when You call 3 times with 3 hours in between and still have not got a call back. Yeah. Not too happy about that and left voicemails each time so don’t appreciate that at all. Maybe next time I can get there to your service. By the Way I called Monday of this week.

Was very unhappy with the fact I had scheduled service two weeks out with the understanding that a loaner vehicle (like I have always had in the past). When I arrived for my appointment and was asked if I needed a loaner (I stated I did- only one vehicle and moved to Indiana from out of state/no family here) I was denied but was asked if I bought the vehicle here- no bought in Tennessee. It's apparent that they have a great sales staff, but their service department is terrible. I was given an appointment date and took the vehicle in on time. It has been almost four weeks since vehicle was taken in, and the only communication that has place was initiated by me. Once again I called and discovered my vehicle was ready fo pickup, but charge was far above the "out the door" price I was given for my approval to proceed. I have bought several new Chrysler vehicles from Poynters and it can honestly say I will not buy any more from them. Their customer service was absolutely terrible!! They never returned my calls and never kept me updated. I felt talked down to quite often, like I was a pain in their side! The jeep I have was in the shop for 6 weeks to get a brake line repaired. They are good at selling cars. Service is trash. Brought my f350 in for first oil change. they hand me truck back with black oil. i try to bring to their attention and they try to sick some waist height over tanned person after me to try and make me feel stupid. Its like they were exhausted from making people mad before they spoke with me. i will just drive some where farther away where they understand customer service and dont treat customers like crap.
