Well my experience was a good one. We had broken down on I-65 on a Saturday night and they squeezed us in between appointments on a very busy Monday morning. Had our minivan finished by that evening right before closing. The minivan is running great. Can't remember the girl's name at the service desk, but she was really sweet and helped us a lot. I'll forever be grateful that they helped us.
