This place has to have the worst service department I have ever been to. Almost two months months ago I took my vehicle in to fix a switch in the door and to fix the steering rack and pinion. They fixed the switch, but for some unknown reason, didn’t fix the steering rack and pinion because “they didn’t know what was wrong with it.” When I went to pick it up they had the audacity to ask me “do you know why the power steering light is on.”🙃 They told me they would get it fixed and let me keep my rental. Absolutely terrible business here!! Tried to work with them on a business to business level and they were very shady and not very honest. Spoke with Wayland first then was redirected to a different salesman who gave me the run around I highly recommend steering clear of this lot as they do not want the customer to have options besides what they offer you. Only gave one star because I had to!

The service here has been a terrible experience. Two weeks ago I made an appointment for my fuel pump to be replaced. There is a factory recall on Jeep renegade fuel pumps. The service department tried to cancel the appointment after I had already told them my Jeep was stalling out. The service department decided to go ahead and work on my Jeep. nothing special the work done was because Dodge/Chrysler made it so they could charge money for a very simple job
