It's apparent that they have a great sales staff, but their service department is terrible. I was given an appointment date and took the vehicle in on time. It has been almost four weeks since vehicle was taken in, and the only communication that has place was initiated by me. I have bought several new Chrysler vehicles from Poynters and it can honestly say I will not buy any more from them. Their customer service was absolutely terrible!! They never returned my calls and never kept me updated. I felt talked down to quite often, like I was a pain in their side! The jeep I have was in the shop for 6 weeks to get a brake line repaired. They are good at selling cars. Service is trash. Brought my f350 in for first oil change. they hand me truck back with black oil. i try to bring to their attention and they try to sick some waist height over tanned person after me to try and make me feel stupid. Its like they were exhausted from making people mad before they spoke with me. i will just drive some where farther away where they understand customer service and dont treat customers like crap.
very good at getting you financed. top dollar on trade. customer service needs work. seemed like a hassle to have an empty tank of gas filled on a car you just spent 35,000 dollars on. oil change light came on as heading home. when called my salesman to ask if had been changed when was traded in. told me to call service department. now I have to go pay to have that done right away

Joyce Hudson is the absolute WORST employee that Bob Poynter has. She gives a bad name to Bob Poynter. I don't know if you guys have hired children or just complete imbeciles but Joyce is the definition of both! I have recently gotten my tires rotated, left & my lug nuts were not even tightened!
