very good at getting you financed. top dollar on trade. customer service needs work. seemed like a hassle to have an empty tank of gas filled on a car you just spent 35,000 dollars on. oil change light came on as heading home. when called my salesman to ask if had been changed when was traded in. told me to call service department. now I have to go pay to have that done right away

Joyce Hudson is the absolute WORST employee that Bob Poynter has. She gives a bad name to Bob Poynter. I don't know if you guys have hired children or just complete imbeciles but Joyce is the definition of both! I have recently gotten my tires rotated, left & my lug nuts were not even tightened! I bought a 2019 ram diesel truck check engine light came on.On my way home from buying it. After 2 trips to the local dealer ship I found out they turned it off prior to me buying it and put the truck up for sale on there lot. code was low turbo boost PO299 and was told there is no software fix or ETA and comes back there has been a on going problem since 2017.
