The staff there are amazing they all were so nice and friendly. I bought my 2016 Dodge Truck from sales person Trent Turner a year and a half ago just took it back to have remote start installed and they really treated me good. Do not waste your time by an oil change package from Chrysler and using it at Here, but an oil change package in September traded the vehicle in went to use the package on the new vehicle also a Chrysler product and was told I couldn't and they want $75 to cancel the package so basically they cheated me out of the package. And absolutely no understanding other than sorry from your service team horrible customer service. Never purchase another Chrysler vehicle and never ever recommend your dealership
