your loaner vehicles are a joke. I drop off a 2017 and I get a 2010 loaner with over 200 thousand miles on it, every time I hit a bump in the road it pulls to the right. I dont feel safe in it at all. I thought you were supposed to get a loaner equal to what you drop off. Not happy with it at all!!

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee, in July of 23, since then I have had nothing but trouble! I should have known from day 1 as , as I pull up to my office and one of my co-workers said hey, do you know the rotors on that are bad?? called and they did replace them, but come on, really????? then I had to replace the whole radio and screen, mind you I bought an extended warranty, so figured it was covered, they proceeded to tell me it was not, then a sensor went out, thought oh, surely the extended warranty would cover that!
