rick. had the car in front of the office. i told him what time i would be there .we pull in same time serve me coffee and wife soda .then we done a traide of vehicles made my wife happy as a new born calf.
I had to reschedule three times, they did not complain or charge me extra. When I got there it was before 8 in the morning. They made a fresh pot of coffee and I had a nice chat with the salesman while they completed my service on my Minivan. Will definitely be back for other services.
