Very poor part. I installed it and it worked for two weeks and stared to make whistling noise every time i shut off the engine.
Had it for overnight it didn’t do it and customer service was no help at all!
I paid for 2 day delivery and it has been 4 days and no delivery, what is the problem
Ordered a 500.00 dollar turbo on a two day delivery. Checked back day after it should have arrived. Some how they did not get my credit card processed completely. Got that fixed and my part was to be shipped. Two days later my package arrived and instead of my turbo there is two shock absorbers in the box. I sent an email to customer service that day. have not received a reply from them. The next morning still no response. No turbos and I am already being asked for a review. Tracking shows little movement and I am not sure if this is a legit deal now.
Paid for 2nd day air and the only thing I’ve received thus far is gaskets =(… Tracking number provided for turbo says delivered the 4th of March in HERBON, Kentucky!!! WTF!?! That is a far cry from the address provided and billed to in Michigan!
Got wrong item now I need to return this.
I am reading Turbo chargerpros.com as a one star because they have yet to return any of my email contacts. Their customer service in my experience on this particular purchase is some of the worst I’ve ever seen and I am almost 60 years old so I’ve seen some terrible Customer Service in my day. I cannot get them to answer me. I cannot get them to contact me. I have sent multiple requests for information regarding an order and have received nothing in return Terrible communication effort on their part.
I paid more to have my item shipped next Day Air then I did for the item itself and now 3 days later guess what I still do not have I don't even have updates on where the heck my package is at
