I needed turbo next day I picked and paid extra fee Turbo arrived 3 days later at 5:30 pm. Had to postpone trip.lost two days fees at resort. Ups was no help either. Stated seller did schedule until day after purchase. I order at 1 pm. There time to get expedited. Will never use them again and have told friend not to his turbo from them. He bought from another source and had next day. Turbo itself looked good quality and was packaged. 5 stars for product Zero for CS and their shipping. Therefore the 2 star rating.
At first glance everything appeared fantastic. Supplied banjo bolt does not go with supplied turbo. Too bad since oil flow looked better.
Tracking info says delivered but nothing has arrived..
Punched in the part number and part came up, I ordered.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY "turbochargerpros" - Overall the customer service is terrible, they have an attitude and seem annoyed to help me. Cheap quality turbo. They just resell Cheap ones they buy at a mark-up
Ordered a turbo for a Ford focus and was sent a turbo that was completely different from the one in the catalog. When I contacted them I was told that they would send me another one but I would have to pay a fee to get it expedited. When I asked why I had to pay a fee for their error I was rudely told that they were doing me a favor by reducing my shipping fees. Had trouble finding exhaust gaskets banjo bolts and turbo oil and water line seal rings maybe they're not available from your side
Received my package of turbocharger and did not see anything labeled as "installation kit". I tried emailing the email provided to me but the email kept bouncing back to me saying their mailbox was full and the delivery failed, and each time I called it went to voicemail. After not being able to reach the service department, I contacted the sales department to see if they could transfer me through or help at all and as soon as I connected to someone he said "I only deal with sales" and HUNG UP on me.
